All
machining tools are manufactured according to international
standards and comply with the criteria of the following
institutions: ASA, SMS, DIN, and ISO.
INABRA is a
pioneer in the field of work rest blades for centerless
grinding.
We stock enough
hard metal to meet market demands, and we are able to
manufacture and recondition any work rest blade found
in today’s market. The company has become a specialist
in this field. We are also working to manufacture hard
metal “trilateral knives,” which Brazil currently
imports from foreign markets.
Our Manufacturing
sector is equipped with lathes, planes, drills, and mills
– as well as grinders, sharpeners, an abrasive jet
machine, and a furnace for tempering steel.
The Welding
sector has both a high-frequency welder and oxy-acetylene
welding equipment.
The Quality
Control sector is equipped with a precision profile projector
and a variety of measuring instruments needed for product
testing and inspection.
The subsidiary
factory sends customers an Inspection Report after all
jobs. This report provides customers with a description
of services rendered on their products.
INABRA’s
machinery and equipment can sharpen the hard metal knives
(up to 3,000 mm in length) used by the paper industry,
printing facilities, and packaging plants. We can also
sharpen trilateral cutting machines knives, rotational
Widia knives (for rotogravures), machining tools, and
other tools with tungsten carbide inserts.
