Our main factory is equipped with high-quality machinery and equipment, resulting in an efficient operational flow between all production sectors.

The Mixing sector houses a variety of mixing machines and ball mills. The machinery is electrically run and all materials are weighed with precision electronic scales.

The Baking sector uses a variety of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) and electric kilns to bake vitrified grinding wheels. Resin bond grinding wheels are baked in curing ovens.

The manufacturing process ends in the Finishing sector, where several machines are used for truing grinding wheels. Grinding wheel finishing generates dust; so all machines in this sector are equipped with exhaust ventilation systems.

The Inspection and Testing (Quality Control) sector employs special scales and machines to test every product we make. These tests include measuring, checking balance, speed testing, and other quality inspections.

The Mounted Points sector has its own mixing machines, ball mills, electronic scales, hydraulic presses, LPG and electric ovens, and truing equipment. All machinery used for finishing is equipped with exhaust ventilation systems.

The main factory has a Chemistry Laboratory with sample materials and precision scales. The equipment found in this laboratory is used to test and analyze all substances that INABRA acquires and employs in the manufacturing process.

• PRODUCT TRACKING

Every batch that INABRA produces is tracked according to its raw materials. This means that we can tell our customers exactly which materials were used to manufacture their products.

• RECORD KEEPING

Our operators keep a detailed report at every step of the production process - from raw material delivery to product inspection and testing. For this final step, the report includes a list of all inspections made.

• MEASURING INSTRUMENTS

The instruments we use to measure and test our products are calibrated at an outside laboratory. This laboratory is certified by the RBC (Brazilian Calibration Network).

• EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

INABRA relies on a Corrective and Preventative Maintenance Program to care for all equipment and machinery. The result is a continuous production cycle devoid of operational shutdown and mechanical malfunction.

• CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

Our goal at INABRA is to make our Quality Management System as efficient as possible. We constantly analyze statistical data in an attempt to identify areas where improvements can be made.

• QUALITY CONTROL

All products undergo rigorous quality control inspections, including speed, balancing, and parallelism tests. Furthermore, products are carefully measured to ensure compliance to design specifications. Tolerance limits are in accordance with Brazil’s NBR-6166 standard.
